Job Description

Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organizations objectives
Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required
Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through appropriate allocation of zones and monitoring staffs activity reports and strategic contact with key customers
Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
Build a motivated, and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward
Implementation of CRM engagement plans in conjunction with marketing team.
Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
To deliver the plan numbers across all revenue lines
Formulating the strategy and setting targets for all the managers
Breaking down the plan officer, channel and product.
Tracking sales numbers.
Regularly reviewing the sales efforts and competition offering
Expanding distribution
Directing sales volumes, revenues and expenses constantly.
Increase market share
Build distribution, launch new markets and expand the branch network.
Maintain business profitability
Achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Monitor expenses closely
Acquire profitable customers/segments.
Offer sustainable exit barriers for the customer by ensuring superior product delivery relationship management and after sales service.
Compliance of internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Working closely with the compliance unit.
Needs to have a clear understanding of the internal and regulatory policies.
Ensuring implementation of all IB policies In letter and in spirit.

Manage Sales and Profitability targets for an assigned Region.
Outstanding functional and business knowledge.
Well versed in the local knowledge
Ability to conceive, develop and implement business plans with the purpose of accomplishing short and long term goals.
